New scheduled flights are to begin from London Southend Airport into areas of Europe such as Le Touquet and Calais in France, and Bruges in Belguim.
Flywatch will begin the flights from March 1st. The flights to Le Touquet will take places 7 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Flights to Ostend/Bruge will operate from April 1st on Saturdays only. It is hoped that this route will be popular because Bruge is a very popular and attractive destination.
During July and August, flights to Calais will be introduced. These will operate on Saturdays only.
