BAA have refused to rule out possible expansion of London Heathrow Airport.
They are now proposing a sixth terminal and a third runway to be built by 2020. They said that these are the current extent of their plans, however they would not rule out the possibility of additional terminals and runways in the future.
BAA are looking forward to the possible expansions as they believe that it will bring a lot more business and tourism to England.
They stated that it would be inappropriate to comment on expansion plans for 2030 although the possibility of future expansion was not denied.
The new terminal 5 at Heathrow is set to open in March.
