The largest carrier at London City Airport is VLM, however this has now been sold to Air France-KLM.

The price of the sale has not been revealed, although the announcement was made on Christmas Eve.

VLM’s fleet included 18 Fokker, 50 turboprops and one BAe 146. These will all now be used by Air France-KLM.

The airline will now be ‘actively co-operating’ with Air France.
